Lieutenant James Perez, drawing from his 22 years of experience with the Fairfield, CT, Police Department, will be discussing topics related to scams and identity theft against senior citizens. The talk will include the psychology behind scams, the reasons why we become victims, and how to avoid scams by becoming a small target. He will also focus on how to recover if you have become a victim.
